Having founded his own painting franchise at just 19 years old, Kyle has continued developing his business track record ever since.
In addition to owning and operating 5 companies across North and Central America, Kyle worked as a TELUS General Manager for 7 years before launching Kymand in 2016. His drive to build a brand that prioritizes the customer experience has led to remarkable success, with Kymand employing over 200 members of staff and servicing more than 55,000 homes to date.

Colleen has over 20 years of experience in the financial space, with her most significant achievement yet involving a multimillion-dollar acquisition of her family’s grocer.
After launching a cleaning company in Calgary, Colleen sold it to focus on Kymand alongside her partner, Kyle. Her watertight management of Kymand’s finances has enabled the business to grow – a particularly monumental feat at a time of many other competitors shrinking and cutting down on resources.

For over three years, Chris Anderson has worked as the Chief Operating Officer for Kymand Inc. His knowledge of sales and extensive experience in the industry has led to successful multi-national partnerships and campaigns. As a co-founder of Kymand Homes Inc., Chris has shaped the business from the ground up, with a vision of becoming a national leader in the construction space.
Chris draws on his degree in Finance from Simon Fraser University to better understand the daily operations and ensure fiscal processes are in place. Over the past decade, Chris has emerged as a leader of industry in sales and business development. With several accolades and awards including, most sales written in a year, and most consistent sales director, out of a 3 000 person sales staff. Chris’ ability to find solutions and bring innovative ideas to the table has led to an increase in revenue of 150 per cent from previous years.
Chris’ years as a leader and coach has shown him the importance of teamwork, he inspires those around him with his hard work and dedication to every job he works on. Chris is an extremely passionate individual and brings proven, results-driven programs wherever he goes. His hunger for growth makes him an essential part of our leadership team.

Josh has been involved in the construction sector for 14 years. He found his passion when we co-owned and operated a landscaping and Renovations Company based in Nova Scotia. After owning and operating Josh wanted to take the company to the next level: he knew that learning more about the construction space was vital for this to transpire.
He moved to Alberta and started Kymand Homes Inc. in 2016. Josh has spearheaded the growth of Kymand Homes Inc. Into a juggernaut of industry: receiving countless community achievement awards and builder standards awards across three provinces. Josh lives and works by one mantra: Customer service is always first.
